How to export/copy message rules and blocked sender list

Hi,

I'm using Outlook Express 6, and I made some Message
Rules and blocked some senders (principally for avoid
spams). Now, I would like to export them (rules and
blocked sender list) to another machine. Does anyone know
if is it possible to do that, or if is there some
place/file/registry entry from where I can copy them?
