how to export DL to Excel?

Always get requests to do this. User wants a listing of members of a
Distribution List (DL) from the GAL in Excel.

Looked at the posts, Sue always replies to save it as a text file.
Well that's great for a personal DL, but it doesn't help me.

There's got to be a way programmatically to do this.

Thanks Sue!

The section titled 'To print an Exchange 5.5 distribution list' was
exactly what I needed (ok it didn't export to Excel, but it was the
second best option).
