With enormous difficulty and with custom VBA. If you strictly use
linked pictures, the filepathname usually suffices.
If not, (highly technical and painful = not worth trying unless
millions of docs involved) you can copy them to the clipboard and
access the BLOBs from there for a binary comparison. You would also
then need to manually compare every picture attribute from the word
shape model.
