how to fix pps received

Hi Miguel,

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration, but your post is a bit vague.

Do you have PowerPoint installed on your machine? What version and SP?
Do you have the PowerPoint Viewer installed? Which version?

Did you get an error message? What did it say?

We'd be more than happy to help, but we really need to know what's happening
on your end.
