How to fix users name inserted on email by Outlook

My buddy Clif uses Outlook on a PC. His name is Clif with
one f. (as was how I sent him an email) However, when he
sends out a message, it is spelled Cliff with two ffs. Do
you know where this setting is so we can change it? We
tried to look but couldn't find it. (Name and emails are
not real in messages below.)

Clarify what you mean. Exactly where is his name misspelled? Include your
Outlook version.
