How to forward attachment without original message

Windows 96 had a spot that said :forward as attachment: I am at a loss to
find similar on XP. I can forward the whole message with attachment but only
want to forward the attachment.
Can you please help.

What is "Windows 96"?
Just click on "Forward" and delete all of the message.
