How to forward message with SMTP addresses

We have exchange server2000 and outlook 2002.
When we forward a message the original message is reported on bottom but
e-mail address in the original message are lost: only the display name is
displayed with no info about the real e-mail address.

For example:

-----Original Message-----
From: Anto Smith
Sent: 21 October 2003 12:16
To: John Stepp
Subject: FW: Receipt for Fonts.com Order

Instead of :

-----Original Message-----
From: Anto Smith (e-mail address removed)
Sent: 21 October 2003 12:16
To: John Stepp (e-mail address removed)
Subject: FW: Receipt for Fonts.com Order

Any idea on how to fix it?
