how to forward,reply,accept calendar events from calendar view

Hi, im using mac osx and entourage 2004 connecting to exchange 2003 (I
think).

most things are working well, but one thing that continues to frustrate
me is the inability to do anything with calendar events once they are
on my calendar.

when I get the email invite to the event, I can accept them or decline,
fwd etc, but once I aceept, or tenative the event its in my calendar.
Then if I go to my calendar and want to fwd the event or decline it I
cant figure out a way to do it without digging through my mail box to
find the original invite. The only thing I figured out is I could
delete the event by hitting the delete key, but I dont know what this
does (if it sends a declined email or not.

I too have been challenged - especially with the events that are
automatically flagged as tentative - I cannot change them to Accept.
