how to get ºC from LOGITECH keyboard

It is character U+2103.

The keyboard shouldn't matter; the program does.

In Word 2002 and 2003, using a font which supports it (e.g. Arial Unicode
MS) enter 2103 and press Alt+X.
In all versions of Word, press and hold Alt and type 8451 on the numeric
keypad (still using a font which contains the character of course).

You can also type the degree symbol separately (in Word) using Ctrl+@,
Spacebar.
