How to get rid of Link Message?

My PPT has links to an XLS. Everytime I open, it always asks me to update
with a "Yes" and "No". I'd like to distribute the ppt with just the graphs.
Is there a macro I can use to eliminate the updated link pop-up message so
that my users don't have to click on "No" every time they open the PPT.

Thanks

Chirag created a couple of utilities to turn this message on and off,
but your users would have to install them.

See http://officeone.mvps.org/download/hyperlink_warning.html for more
information.

Choose Edit, Links from the main menu bar.
Set the links to Manual rather than the default Automatic update.

Whoops. I think I thought about the wrong links message. Glad you popped in
with this!

It works. Thanks so much.
Since my slide has about 20 graphs, I try to record a macro to automate the
links from automatic to manual but it doesn't work. Is it possible to write a
macro to do this function?
