How to get rid of MSN Messenger???

MSN messenger keeps loading when I run outlook. It super anoying since I
don't use it and have to constantly close it down. I even uninstalled it
through the control panel....but it still loads and now its not even in the
installed list. How do I get rid of this. Talk about forcing applications
on you!!!

Some things to try:
- Find & delete MSNMSGR.EXE from your machine
- Delete the MSNMSGR value from this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

In addition to Vince's advice for ripping it out altogether, click
Tools>Options>Other and at the bottom, disable the "Person Names Smart Tag"
(for OL 2003). The same place in OL 2002 has another name, but it's the
same thing.
