how to get rif og recieving dialog box

I have just set up my mail schedules for every few minutes and a dialog
box will pop up to show status of retriving mail. how do i get rid of it. it
drivesme nuts thanks

If you mean the progress window, just close it when it's in the front (red
button). It won't open again.

Close the progress window whilst it is being displayed during a mail
connection. It should not re-open by itself again.
