how to get the intersect cell data out using vba or function

hi all,
i have 2 field for user to input. 1 is row another 1 is column. after user
input these 2 input then i reserve a field to show the intersect data.

for example if i input ginny and salary then 980 will be shown.

marry ginny andy frankie

rental 200 120 210 110

salary 700 980 880 600

expenses 50 90 100 70


hope to get the reply.

The user can simply put this in one cell:

=ginny salary

If you see a #NAME? error, go to Tools > Options >
Calculation tab and make sure "Accept labels in formulas
