How to import contacts from outlook 2000 to outlook 2007?

Anyone know how get my data from outlook 2000 on a Windows XP machine into
outlook 2007 on a Windows Vista machine?

You most certainly would never use import. You would follow the instructions
we post here every day. Sorry you couldn't find them. Must we repost again
just for you?
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
