How to import Contacts (grouped) to Entourage from Mail (MAcOS 10.2.8)

Hi everbody,

got one really urgent issui here.

I have hundreds of contacts within mail ( the standard mail app that
comes with MAc OS 10) that are organized by groups (like: architects,
layers, etc. )

Now I am switching to Microsoft´s Entourage and therefore need to
transfer all my contacts from Mail.app to Entourage.

But it absolutely important to keep all of them
in groups.
Do I really have to do it manually?
Please help!!

Yours sincerly,

Yours sincerly,

If you use my Sync Entourage-Address Book [JAGUAR] script from

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

the contacts will sync and so will the groups. Before you sync make sure you
don't have categories of the same name in Entourage and/or make almost-empty
groups of the same names. The Address Book groups will sync to both
Entourage Groups and Categories of the same name if you have both or
neither. If you have just a category or just a group of that name already,
it will sync only to that. It can be very useful in Entourage to have them
as categories too, so I would let them make categories too. (I.e. have
neither group nor category, or else both, before you start the script.) Note
that a contact must have an email address to be a member of an Entourage
group. But any contact can have a category.
