I use many subfolders in order to keep the mails organised. When searching
for a specific email I want to search all subfolders at the same time and
not one by one. How to do?

Hi Tom!

If you're at the top level of a folder and want to search it and all
sub-folders do the following:

1. Type Command + Option + f or select "Advanced Find..." from the Edit
menu.

2. Select your folder and to the right select the "Include subfolders"
checkbox.

Hope this helps! bill

Hi Bill,

That's it. Many thanks. Wonder why I didn't see it in the first place.
