How to keep a copy of mail on my personal folder

I just switched to Entourage and my e-mail is on an exchange server
that has a quota for disk space.

I would like to keep my e-mails on my computer, as opposed to the
exchange server, so I won't have to worry about exceeding my disk
quota.

Is there a way to automate this?
That is, automatically transfer my e-mails to my personal folders?

You could probable design a rule to do that. Go to tools/rules.
