How to keep separate email accounts separate

OK, maybe I am being an idiot, but is there a way to keep emails from
different accounts separate? Do you have to use Identities? I would
like to not have the emails all mix together.

If you are using IMAP accounts, then they will automatically be separated as
the IMAP servers appear on their own in the folder listing.

If you are using POP mail accounts, just use a mail rule to move mail from
each account into its own subfolder.
