How to Launch Ent to a specific identity

My wife and I share the same computer and we each have a Entourage
identity. We do not leave Entourage running full time and click on the
"E" icon on the OSX 10.4 dock to launch the program. It always comes up
with the Main identity.

Is there some why to launch (start) Entourage to open to a specific
identity rather than the Main identity?

It should open with the last used identity.

However, you can get it to ask each time it starts - in the 'switch
identity' window there is a check box to show the list of identities each
time entourage starts.
