What would the triggering event be for the reminders? Are these "reminders"
only for tasks that you have been assigned to? If so, either yourself or the
PM assigning the tasks can use the Team Assign feature (assuming all setup
has been done - too much info to include setup here) to send the assignment
via email, and you could then actually use Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc..., to
set up the task reminder.
If you truely only want the requested reminders in MS Project, you may want
to post this to question on the Project "Developer" newsgroup, as this will
most likely require VBA code to achieve.
