How to link to a saved preformat message from html web page

What is the html code to link from a web page using html to bring up a
message that is preformatted for TO, Subject and Body of the text?

Example: (e-mail address removed) Subj: Customer Request From WeB
Body: Name, Phone Number, Best Time To Contact, etc.

The customer just fills out the Outlook message and sends it.

How do you save the Outlook message in order to link to it later?

Will use on MS Outlook and Outlook Express.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
