how to make a flash movie on powerpoint?

i love flash movies but dont know how to do them on powerpoint i can do the
slide show but no soung do i need a speaker or what do i need???? just plz
tell me how tom make a flash!!!!!!!!!!

First make a presentation ... then convert it to a flash movie using a
converter .
