How to Make Entourage Default Email Program?

Problem: Everytime I click on an email address on a website, my old
version of Entourage opens a message. I need my new version of
Microsoft Entourage to open when I click on an email address that is a
hyperlink.

Open Apple Mail.
You can set the preferences for Default Email program there (preferences)
For web-browsers, do the same in Safari.
