How to make entourage the default Email Client OSX10.2.8

When I first started up my computer i used imail a few time. I have
installed Office X and want to make entourage the default email client.
How do I set it up?

You can set it using the "Internet" System Pref. Pane.

The preference to set the default email application in Panther is no longer
in System Preferences. Apple now requires you to make this setting in Safari
or Mail preferences.


There are two freeware applications you can use to set preferences:

IC-Switch

I can't find either of these. In Safari in the preferences settings, there
is no place for mail settings.

Where is the "mail preferences"?

.... unless you are running 10.3... In this case, you can set this up
from the Mail preferences (ironic, isn't it ???) or through an
application like IC-Switch.
