How to make Entourage work for me?

My office is using a pure Microsoft Exchange Server where there is no
POP or SMTP account for all our email. So right now I can only recieve
my mails on Entourage but not being able to send it out. Is there
anyway to setup with the current version of Entourage where an SMTP
account is not required?

Unfortunately not, you can't send Exchange mail in Entourage unless you have
access to an SMTP server.

While I haven't tried it, www.smtp.com or something similar might be useful
to you.
