How to make the word stop asking me to choose language?

I am using Office 2003. Everytime when I open a .txt file that contains
Japanese charater, the MS Word will ask me to choose a language. Even when I
set the default language to Japanese, this dialogue box still pop up every
time. Is there any method that can skip this process and the MS Word can show
the Japanese charater correctly?
