How to maximize using Entourage

I am a noobie, just recently switch over from Mac Mail. (like 4 hours ago)
Is there a good jump-start guide on how to use Entourage the "right way"?

I am mostly interested in Project / Task features.

The Entourage Help Page is a good place to find answers, but there isn¹t a
lot on Projects. You might check the ebook: Take Control of What's New in
Entourage 2004
