How to merge 2 Entourage database file?

After doing a syncronize between Palm (empty after hard reset) and
Entourage (current database), just the calendar and address data in
Entourage was deleted. The palm was accidentally set to overwrite
entourage. I had to restore from backup.

Now, I have two Microsoft User Databases. One has the backup calendar
and address book. The other has the current email but no calendar or
address book.

First, I tried to import, but this works only with second party or old
microsoft software. Second, I looked at exporting, but this will not
fix the calendar. Third, palm will transfer the calendar, but not the
email (this is potentially possible solution but, not ideal).

Can Entourage merge these partial files?

One way to do this would be to drag the folders from the
left Entourage window to your desktop. This will create
".mbox" files. Then you can toggle identities and drag
these files from the desktop to your fresh new clean
Entourage, thus creating the mail folders you are missing.

When you are through, you can delete the other identity.
