How to merge 2 separate Outlook contact DB's from 2 separate compu

I can not figure out how to merge 2 separate Outlook 2003 contact databases
from my two laptops. Any help would be appreciated.

Explain what you mean. All Outlook data resides in a single file. There is
no such thing as a "Contact database."
