I seem to have a problem with my database (which I've tried "simple
rebuilding" without relief). The problems are that 1) my contacts and
Calendar items on the Exchange server (as seen from Outlook Web Access) are
not being updated to match those in my Addressbook, 2) the contents of the
Sent Items folder on the Server as seen from OWA don't match what I see in
Entourage, and 3) synchronization with my PocketPC (using the PocketMac
software) has stopped working - it crashes when trying to sync the calendar
entries.
So, if it is my database, I guess I'd like to try creating a new identity
and starting from the beginning. I don't want to just copy my user identity
database because whatever problem I have, will probably then just move with
it. So I need to move the data by hand. I know how to export and import the
address-book and message folders. What I don't know is how to move the
calendar entries - how do I save them to a file and then import them, or is
there another way?
And in general, if I'm missing a better way to do this, please tell me.
Is there any way to force the Entourage to sync its contents to the Exchange
server? I am not getting any errors, but new addressbook entries simply
don't show up on the server for example. How does one debug this kind of
thing? Thanks in advance for any help!
