How to open in separate window

Easiest way is to set the "target" attribute of the link. In FrontPage, this
can be done easily by right-clicking the hyperlink, selecting "Hyperlink
Properties" from the context menu, and change the "target frame" property to
"_blank (New Window)".

Themes and shared border are not relevant
- they are just layout / appearance tools
But nav bar links can not be individually targeted
- you can only set a base target tag for the whole page (all nav bar links) and then individually target your non link bar links

| Similar but different question. How do you do this when using a Theme and shared borders and want only one of the links to open a
new window? Changing the target of the link does not override the theme/shared borders default.
