How to password protect some of my contacts list in outlook

Hi, How can I password protect some of the contacts( not all). Palm is giving
this feature. but i couldn't find this in Outlook. I know i can password
protect the .pst file but not some of them in the contact list.

This is required because when i am trying to syncronise the contactin out
look with my windows mobile all the records are public but i want some of
them to be private. please answer
