How to place my response to a messge before and not after the sender's message

Hi !

I just want to know How can I place my response (inlcuding my signature)
before the sender message and not after this one ?

I am sure that have a preference for that.

(I have the Entourage X version (10.1.6), the last Tiger version and a
Powerbook)
