How to post a message in an Exchange public folder with Entourage X.1.4

How can you post a message (not a contact or calendar) in an Exchange
public folder using Entourage X.1.4. I am able to read the messages
posting in my Exchange server's public folders and I can post
messages, create sub-folders, etc. using the Outlook Web Access (web
browser), but I do not see a way to post a message to a public folder
using Entourage.

You can't unless they are set up to be accessible via NNTP.
