On a weekly basis, I need to print all of the activities I performed for a
specific contact. I know that I can open up the contact, highlight the
entries and then right-click to print ...
but I'd like a bit more info. For example, I'd also like to include the
comments/notes made during an activity. When I customize the appearance of
the activities list, and then print, I only get those parts of the note that
appear on one line.
Is there any way to customize printing activities and journal entries for a
client? Or is there a reporting feature of some sort?
