how to print out global adress book?

help says: open address book-->type name -->add to contacts,

but 'add to contacts' icon is grey, i doesn't allow me to click it.

so?

are you trying to print the GAL or add GA:L addresses to your Contacts
folder?

if add to contacts, did you select the entry in the GAL?
