How to provide users with a standard config of outlook

Hi,

Outlook 2003

We would like to provide users with a start configuration
of outlook. Thinking about:
- Predefined shortcuts to some public folders
- A number of contact folders (public folders) added to
the Outlook Address book
- Would be really great to be able to supply everybody
with the same categories for appointments or tasks
- Standard color coding for items (tasks, appointments
for example.

I have no clue how to provide for this. I would think
about a way to export the settings and import them for
the users. But cannot find any way of doing this.

I tried to copy de userprofile. Works a bit, but also
with strange things happening. Like the contacts folder
of the copied from user appearing in the outlook addres
book and not being able to remove it. Shortcuts are not
copied (aren't they part of the userprofile)

Please advise!!
