I am an Entourage:Mac user and do not know how to recall an message
when I sent it by accidently,
Entourage is not capable of recalling a message. From my research it appears
this also cannot be done with Outlook Web Access - the platform upon which
Entourage's Exchange support is based.
Note that the recall feature is highly unreliable, since it (at best) only
works with other people on the same Exchange server and not if they've
already read the message. Which could potentially cause problems if one
person in your office saw the incorrect version (and might reply to it) and
another saw the correct version.
Everyone makes mistakes in emails, your best bet is to issue a correction
and keep everything on the record.
