how to register office 2007 file extensions

Hello,

we want to update our Office 2003 Computers with the compatibility Pack 2007
to the new Office 2007.
But after i installed office 2007, an office 2003 language pack and the
comp. Pack 2007 are still on the pc.
so i uninstalled the "rest" from the pcs but it seems the new office
application extension are registred to open with the comp. pack so i allways
have to choose the right programm for that.
how can I reregister the Office 2007 file extensions?
