How to remove BASE tag

Using FrontPage2003. When I open any ASP page through MS Script Editor
(Tools>Macro>Microsoft Script Editor), a BASE tag added automaticaly after
HEAD tag.

How to stop this?

You don't
When you open MS Script Editor out of FP it is used to "mark" a path back to the FP site
After you save the page and close MS Script Editor the tag should be removed
