how to replace a .gif table with a .psd after 1 min in a web page

Your question makes no sense, there is no thing called a gif table. Do
you mean a gif image of a table or perharps a html table with one or
more gif images in it or something completely different?
And why do you want to exchange it with a Photoshop image which none
of your visitors can see. (Browsers can't display a *.psd image)
