how to save a preasentation with sound for mail

hi,
i made a pp with audio sound..now i want to send it to my friends by mail,
how do i save the pp with the sound inside and not as an extra file so they
will only recive one file

The only sound files that are embedded, are WAV files. which format is your
sound file?

You will need to have (or convert) the audio to wav format and then embed it.

Do this by either

In tools>options>general. "link sounds with file size greater than" set
value to 50000 No reinsert your sounds

or

attach the sound to a slide transition (in the sound box on the slide
transition pane scroll down to "other sound")
