How to save Powerpoint Pres with audio on it's own

I have a Powerpoint Presentation containing lots of audio, with the paths to
the audio saved in the same folder as the presentation.
But I want to take the presentation on it's own and copy onto a disk to send
out, how do I embed the audio so as I do not have to copy all of that over
too?

Hi Sarah,

You may want to also post this in the Powerpoint group
(link below) and include the version of Powerpoint you're
using and the audio file types.
