how to search body of e-mail?

Is it possible to search ONLY the body of a currently open message in
Entourage 2008? Using the conventional approaches yields program wide
searches that seem to only locate a word of interest to a certain e-mail,
but I need to narrow this down further into a very long e-mail message.

In Office 2008, when you use the Search (top right on the toolbar), you
get an orange bar below the toolbar. This bar can be used to refine your
search.
If you click on the +, you can specify where you search term has to be
searched (eg: body).
