How to see what Outlook is dialing?

Is there a way to see what Outlook is dialing?

I am trying to trouble shoot a problem with Outlook
dialing in-state long distance with a calling card.
Outlook is dialing something, but the calling card is not
accepting the numbers that Outlook dialed.
