how to send a "group" contact list

I am trying to send a "group" list to my friend, so that she can put it on her PC. When you have an individual contact, you can forward as a V-card. I can't seem to determine how to send the "group" to her? Any ideas?

groups in entourage are implemented in a completely unique way. the only
way to send the group details to anyone at the moment is to open the
group and copy the list of entries into the body of an email.

kinda sucks, but that all that's available at the moment.

So, how do I copy it? When I "select all", it doesn't give me the option of "copy", to copy & paste. I guess I have to do it one name at a time?? That's lame...
