How to send a group of contacts to others?

I'd like to send a group of contacts to other e-mail users, some using
Outlook, others not. I am using Outlook 2003. Preferably a method that will
allow them to import info without having to type everything over.

Define what you mean by group of Contacts. Outlook uses no such term.
