How to send a html as e-mail

Hi all

I've got an html (newsletter) and want to send it to a lot of people. I was wondering or anyone knows how to send the html document as e-mail. I can send it as attachment, but that's not what I want
I was also wondering or it is possible that the receivers doesn't see the pictures as attachment. I don't want to use a file server or something so the pictures must be in de e-mail but just 'invisible' for the receivers
