How to send all address book email without including emails in lis

I want to send my entire address book an email, but I don't want to display
the email address on the email. I guess it's like Blind CC but I know I've
gotten emails that look like it was just for me, but I could tell it was to a
bunch of people.

Is this possible and how? thanks!
