How to send an email with a non-default account?

Hello,

I have Entourage 2004 and want to choose which email account I use when
sending an email. I used to do this under the "options" button in the
email message in Outlook but I can't find how to do the same in
Entourage. Thanks!

If you look at the message, at the top is FROM tab that you can change
from one account to another.

And that tab only appears when you have more than one account defined.
